Collect hours toward certification
Your session history lives in one place. Submit it to SEI when the time comes.
- How is an individual session different from a group one?
- An individual (1:1) session is an hour with one supervisor, focused on your work. A group session brings one or two supervisors and a handful of peers together. You learn from their cases too.
- Do these hours count toward SEI certification?
- Yes. All supervisors hold active SEI accreditation, and SEI recognizes online supervision on equal terms with in-person.
- What language are sessions held in?
- Currently English and Polish. You see the working language on every slot and group session. Pick what feels right.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Cancel up to 48 hours before the session free of charge. We show the full policy before every payment.
- What if I need to cancel a session?
- You can cancel anytime. Cancel at least 48 hours before the session for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are not refunded. If the supervisor cancels or does not show up, you are always refunded in full.
