Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SESupervision connects Somatic Experiencing supervisees with supervisors for individual and group supervision sessions. We handle booking and payment. We do not provide supervision ourselves, and we are not a party to the supervision relationship.

2. Operator

The platform is operated by My Ally Monika Wirżajtys (NIP 8441939035), ul. 3 Maja 26/3, 85-016 Bydgoszcz, Poland.

3. User Accounts

Give accurate information when you create an account, and keep your sign-in secure. You sign in with a magic link sent to your email, or with Google.

4. Bookings and Payments

Session prices follow our rate card and may be charged in several currencies. Stripe processes all payments. We issue invoices through the national e-invoicing system (KSeF). SESupervision retains a platform fee of 10% from each session payment; the remainder is paid out to the supervisor.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Individual sessions

  • Supervisee cancels 48 hours or more before the session: full refund to the original payment method.
  • Supervisee cancels less than 48 hours before the session, or does not attend: no refund.
  • Supervisor cancels at any time: full refund to the supervisee.
  • Supervisor does not confirm attendance within 48 hours after the scheduled time: the platform automatically cancels the session and issues a full refund.

5.2 Group sessions

  • Before the group is confirmed (minimum number of participants not yet reached): a participant may cancel their seat for a full refund.
  • After the group is confirmed: no refund for a participant who cancels or does not attend. The seat and price are locked because other participants and the supervisor have committed around this composition.
  • Minimum participants not reached by the sign-up deadline: the session is automatically cancelled and every participant is fully refunded.
  • Supervisor cancels the session: every participant is fully refunded.

5.3 Group sessions with two supervisors

  • If one of the two supervisors cancels after the group is confirmed, the remaining supervisor decides within a limited time whether to run the session solo (only if three or fewer participants are signed up) or cancel it entirely.
  • If the session continues as a solo-led session, participants receive a full-refund cancel window if they no longer wish to attend. The price is not adjusted.
  • If the second supervisor does not attend on the scheduled day, the session cannot take place: all participants are fully refunded.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. No handling or cancellation fees are charged.

6. User Responsibilities

Attend your booked sessions on time. Repeated no-shows may lead to restrictions on your account. Do not enter other people's personal data or sensitive details in free-text fields.

7. Session Notes and Confidentiality

Your supervisor may keep notes about a session. These notes are confidential and visible only to your supervisor and, where strictly necessary, our administration.

8. Reviews

After a session you may leave a review. We moderate reviews before publishing them, and we anonymise review text after two years.

9. Limitation of Liability

SESupervision is a booking platform. We are not responsible for the content or quality of the supervision itself, nor for the third-party video tools that supervisors choose for their sessions.

10. Suspension and Closure

We may suspend or close an account that repeatedly breaks these terms.

11. Governing Law

Polish law governs these terms. Disputes fall under the court with jurisdiction over the operator's registered seat.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. If you keep using the platform, you accept the updated version.
